CHICAGO–Raj Sisodia, Professor of Global Business at Babson College and Co-founder and Co-Chairman of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. is presenting at the ninth annual Conscious Capitalism Conference, April 12 – 14, 2016, at the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, just outside Chicago, Ill., announced Conscious Capitalism, Inc. “We are delighted to welcome Raj at Conscious Capitalism 2016 on the heels of releasing his new book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family,” said Rauch. “In addition, we are thrilled to debut the new documentary by the same name.”

The inspiring story captures the heart and soul of caring for employees in the same way parents care for their children.

“All attendees at Conscious Capitalism 2016 will benefit from experiencing this story,” said Rauch. “Everybody Matters” was co-authored by Bob Chapman, Chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Company, a 130-year-old capital equipment and engineering solutions firm.

Matt Whiat and Brian Wellinghoff, partners and co-founders at Barry Wehmiller Training Institute, will present a Conscious Capitalism 2016 practicum titled, Recognize Like a Leader: From Millennials to Baby Boomers, Create Meaning in Your Organization. This practicum offers hands on tactics to move beyond the confines of award programs and HR policy and learn the why, what, who and how of authentic recognition and celebration that links people to purpose.

At Conscious Capitalism 2016, more than 20 additional presenters will offer practicums with practical tools for applying the principles of Conscious Capitalism to everyday decisions. Presenters include: Jim Brett, President at West Elm, Get Real With… Jim Brett; Kristen Hadeed, Founder at Student Maid, Building a Bridge to Millennials; Simon Mainwaring, Founder & CEO at We First Inc., The Future of Brand Storytelling; Brian Robertson, Co-Founder and Partner at HolacracyOne, The Trouble With Empowerment: Lessons from Holacracy and the Self-Management Movement; Susan Steinbrecher, CEO at Steinbrecher & Associates, The Heart and Science of Collaborative Communication: How to Handle Difficult Conversations, and more.

Registration is open. The 48-hour event is designed for CEOs and their executive teams, executives and entrepreneurs, as well as consultants and coaches who serve and support them, and anyone interested in Conscious Capitalism.
