Prateik Smita Patil Says Custom Bike ‘Kaal’ Reflects Two Decades Of Hustle And Passion

MUMBAI — Actor Prateik Smita Patil has described his custom-built motorcycle, which he calls “Kaal,” as a symbol of two decades of persistence, patience, and passion for biking.

Sharing a series of photos on social media, the actor offered a glimpse of the bike and the process behind its creation, calling it a long-awaited dream brought to life.

“Some dreams have an expiry date!.. BUT NOT MINE!.. mine just took 20 years to finally wake up to the ROAR of this SEXY WILD BEAST! meet ‘KAAL’ – literal meaning – TIME!.. ERA!.. AGE!.. or BLACK!” Prateik wrote.

“For me.. it represents the 2 decades of hustle!.. patience!.. & the unwavering hunger to own a piece of iron that defies the clock! & she truly is ONE FOR THE AGES!.. & FOR ERAS TO COME!” he added.

The actor said the project involved an intense level of detail and dedication over several years.

“Going through endless iterations!.. until she looked less like a machine!.. & more like a MONSTER! i wanted that BATPOD energy!.. – AGGRESSIVE!.. PROWLING!.. draped in the DEEPEST MATTE BLACK!” he wrote, adding that he spent more than 1,000 days perfecting the bike.

He also noted that the design incorporates elements inspired by the iconic Willie G logo, paying tribute to the heritage that sparked his interest in motorcycles.

“After 20 years of dreaming!.. & 3 years of building!.. she finally looks PERFECT!” he said.

Prateik, the son of actor Raj Babbar and late actor Smita Patil, made his acting debut in 2008 with “Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na” and has since appeared in films including “Dum Maaro Dum,” “Aarakshan,” “Dhobi Ghat,” “Baaghi 2,” and “Chhichhore.”
