LINCOLN, MA– The Commons in Lincoln hosted a full house for a lively and informative presentation given by Dr. John Anderson, on what it means to age “right” today. Dr. Anderson is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and is the chief of the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge.
“It’s easy to forget that health is a lifetime commitment. So often I see patients who believe their health can’t improve after a certain age – this simply isn’t the case. I’m honored to share my knowledge and advice with members of the Lincoln community,” said Dr. Anderson.
Attendees learned how to maximize their health while they age through easy-to-follow fitness routines, mentally stimulating activities and minor meal changes. Dr. Anderson’s presentation revitalizes senior’s commitment to improving their health during Healthy Aging Month.
