Varun Dhawan wraps up Kerala schedule of ‘VD 18’
Mumbai– Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan on Wednesday announced the wrap up of the Kerala schedule of his upcoming movie ‘VD 18’, dropping beautiful glimpses from the ‘God’s Own Country’.
Taking to Instagram, Varun, who enjoys 46.8 million followers on the photo sharing application, gave a sneak peek into beautiful Kerala.
In the picture, the ‘Badlapur’ actor could be seen wearing a black T-shirt and matching shorts, posing against a picturesque backdrop with his arms spread wide open.
He captioned the post: “Thank u Kerala Sched wrap #vd18.”
Varun, who has been featured in Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list since 2014, was last seen on screen in ‘Bawaal’ alongside Janhvi Kapoor.
According to reports, Wamiqa Gabbi will be sharing the screen space with Varun in ‘VD18’, which is reportedly directed by Atlee.
Other details of the film are still under wraps.
‘May u always be a true original’: Katrina’s b’day wish for ‘Tiger’ Salman
Mumbai– Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif on Wednesday showered love on her ‘Tiger’ co-star Salman Khan, as the latter turned 58.
Salman and Katrina have shared the screen space in the ‘Tiger’ franchise. The first installment in the franchise, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ was released in 2012. The action thriller film is directed by Kabir Khan, and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films.
The second installment ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ was released in 2017, and was written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. While, the third installment ‘Tiger 3’ released on November 12, 2023. It is directed by Maneesh Sharma, and also stars Emraan Hashmi.
The movie revolves around an Indian RAW-agent Avinash “Tiger” Singh Rathore (played by Salman), and Zoya (Katrina) an ISI agent who goes undercover to counteract the efforts of Tiger.
Now, on the birthday of the superstar, the ‘Sarkar’ fame actress shared a black and white picture of Salman, and wrote: “Tiger Tiger Tiger/ May u always be just as you are … a true original…Happy Birthday.”
On the professional front, Katrina next has ‘Merry Christmas’ in her kitty. The romantic thriller film is directed by Sriram Raghavan, and stars Vijay Sethupathi, alongside Katrina.
Salman is currently hosting the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 17’.
Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal smile ear to ear in Christmas photos
Mumbai– The first pictures of the Bollywood couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal from their Christmas celebrations this year are out, and it is full of love.
The celebrity fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala took to Instagram Stories, and dropped a glimpse of the celebrations. The photo shows Katrina wearing a floral red satin shirt, and paired it with blue denims, and completed the outfit with white sneakers.
While the ‘URI’ actor was dressed in a white tee shirt with long sleeves, and blue pants. The photos show beautiful, warm and cozy Christmas decorations at Vicky and Katrina’s house. The lovebirds are seen posing with Yasmin, flashing their bright smiles.
Vicky and Katrina had tied the knot in December 2021 in a traditional Hindu ceremony in Rajasthan.
On the work front, Vicky was last seen in ‘Dunki’. The comedy drama stars Shah Rukh Khan in the lead. He next has ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam’, and ‘Chhaava’ in the pipeline.

There’s only one ‘Tiger’: Bollywood on Salman Khan’s 58th birthday
Mumbai– Bollywood celebrities on Wednesday showered love and blessings on the superstar Salman Khan as he turned 58, calling him the “best”.
The pied piper of the box office, Salman’s fans celebrated the day by sharing the happiness in their favorite superstar way, by cutting cake with the orphanage children, and by helping the ones in need.
The fans are showing love towards their favorite star by trending #HappyBirthdaySalmanKhan on social media and several names from the industry are wishing the Superstar a special day.
Joining the celebration, Salman Khan Films shared a special video where in the background some of the biggest stars are praising the ‘Saajan’ actor.
In the video, Aamir Khan was seen praising the mega stardom of Salman and said: “When I see Salman Khan walking into a room, it feels like a superstar is coming.”
Ranveer Singh said: “I have never seen such euphoria in my life, the reaction that comes on Salman sir flaunting his muscles is phenomenal.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan who worked with Salman in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ said: “I am a huge fan of Salman Khan”, while, Varun Dhawan shared: “Whenever Salman Khan commits he don’t even listen to anyone.”
In the end of the video, Tiger Shroff was seen saying: “There is only one Tiger in the industry and that’s Salman Khan.”

Kajol shared a still from the song ‘Saajanji Ghar Aaye’ from the movie ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, and wrote: “Wishing the Sultan a very happy birthday.”
