I am a secure actor and love ensemble casts, says Tamannah Bhatia

Mumbai– Actress Tamannaah Bhatia, who is winning praise for her work in the streaming anthology ‘Lust Stories 2’, has said that being a part of an ensemble is empowering and she doesn’t feel insecure in a multi-starrer cast as she is a secure actor.

Tamannaah was interacting with the media during the ‘Tu Aa Dilbara’ song launch in Mumbai.

The song is the Hindi version of ‘Kaavaalaa’ from the Rajinikanth-starrer ‘Jailer’.

Talking about younger generation avoiding ensemble films out of insecurity, Tamannaah said: “I think change is individual, I remember when ‘Baahubali’ happened, my first Telugu successful film ‘Happy Days’ happened, then I did a recent show titled ‘Jee Karda’, I’ve always been a part of ensemble films and I have never shied away from that because I think there is power when great bunch of creative people come together and I think I have always been a very secure actor.”

“I can say for myself that in fact when you are with these great stalwarts from the industry, your best comes out, because you know you can’t do anything else but to bring your A game,” added Tamannaah.

Tamannaah will soon be seen sharing screen space with Rajinikanth in ‘Jailer’, and Chiranjeevi in ‘Bhola Shankar’.

When asked what’s the one thing she has learned from stalwarts, Tamannaah said: “They have not taken their positions for granted, so as a young actor this is something that I have learned from them, and I hope to imbibe it, till the end of my career and life.”

Parth Samthaan hit dubbing studio for his Bollywood debut ‘Ghudchadi’

Mumbai– Actor Parth Samthaan, who was recently seen in the streaming series ‘Social Currency’, is set to make his Bollywood debut with the upcoming romantic comedy film ‘Ghudchadi’ for which he recently dubbed his dialogues in a Mumbai studio.

The actor, who is known for his work in ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan’ and ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui’, will be sharing the screen with veteran actors like Aruna Irani, Sanjay Dutt, and Raveena Tandon in his Bollywood debut.

The movie has been written and directed by the talented debutant director Binoy Gandhi.

As he took to the dubbing studio, the film marked the final phase of its post-production.

” ‘Ghudchadi’ has been an incredible journey for me,” he shared.

“Working alongside such experienced actors and a fantastic team has been a dream come true.”

Parth plays the lead role of a charming young man. His character’s journey from confusion to clarity and the series of hilarious escapades.

The actor said: “I fell in love with the script the moment I read it. It’s a romantic comedy with a heart, and I believe the audience will connect with the story and the characters.”

Stepping into the world of cinema from television, Parth acknowledged the support he received from his co-stars, especially the industry veterans.

“Aruna Ji, Sanjay Sir, and Raveena Ma’am have been like mentors to me on set. Their guidance and encouragement have boosted my confidence as an actor,” he expressed with heartfelt gratitude.

During the dubbing session, Parth also shared a personal mantra that helped him through the highs and lows of his burgeoning career.

He shared that one has to believe in themselves, trust their instincts, and give their best shot in everything they do.

Alia Bhatt reveals her favourite ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ contestants

New Delhi– Actress Alia Bhatt, who is all geared up for the release of her upcoming romantic family drama ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kaahani’, has revealed her favourite ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ contestants.

‘Bigg Boss OTT’ has been the talk of the nation since its commencement. The netizens have been loving the ‘OTT avatars’ of the housemates. The fever of the season has now reached Bollywood.

Recently, during the promotions of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kaahani’, Alia shared her feelings about the show, which also stars her half sister Pooja Bhatt.

Saif, Sara come together on screen for first time, but for ad films

New Delhi– The Bollywood’s dynamic father-daughter duo Saif Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan have joined forces for the first time. However, the project not being a film might prove to be a bit of a dampener for their fans.

Saif and Sara have shot together for a series of ad films, portraying an engaging contrast between a millennial and a Gen X mindset, when it comes to insurance decision-making.

The video shows Sara getting out of a car, as Saif says, “Wow! New car”, adding “Insurance liya?”, to which the Pataudi princess replies, “ofcourse”. They are sharing the screen with veteran actor Bijendra Kala.

The ad is captioned as, “Sara surprises Saif with big savings!”

With their fresh and entertaining approach, the ads encourage viewers not just to embrace new-age methods of purchasing insurance but also benefit from the ease and convenience of picking insurance.

On October 16, 2012, he married Kareena (after a five-year courtship) in a private ceremony in Bandra, Mumbai. The couple have two sons born in 2016 and 2021 respectively – Taimur and Jehangir Ali Khan Pataudi.

Netizens troll Big B for old ‘lingerie’ tweet; ‘Ask this on KBC’, they say

New Delhi– Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is an avid social media user, is under the lens as the netizens have trolled him for his old tweet about women’s lingerie.

Recently, a Reddit user shared a screenshot of Big B’s tweet, which the actor had posted on June 12, 2010, where he wrote, “T26 -In the English language, why is ‘bra’ singular and ‘panties’ plural”.

For the unversed, Reddit is a social news website and forum where content is socially curated and promoted by site members through voting. The site name is a play on the words “I read it.”

As soon as the photo of the old tweet went viral on the internet, netizens started sharing their thoughts on the same.

They wrote, “Nation wants to know”, “Good question Bachchan saab try this in next season of ‘KBC’”, “Sir Ask this in ‘KBC’ for 5cr”, “galat hain Amitabh ji”, “Jaya ji apse nahi puchte kya Amit ji ye sab”.

Big B is set to host the 15th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ (KBC). ‘KBC’ is the official Hindi adaptation of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’ franchise. It has been hosted by the actor since its inception in 2000, except for during the third season, which was presented by Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan.
