Kriti, Sunny beat summer heat in style

Mumbai– Actresses Kriti Sanon and Sunny Leone are beating the summer heat with shades of blue, setting the trend for stylish beach fashion and casual wear.

A pop of colour is always a fun option during the summer. Kriti shared a throwback photograph from her Maldives vacation, and she is seen wearing a sensual electric blue bandaged monokini, blending perfectly with the azure blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

In the image, Kriti is seen sitting on a swing amidst the water, giving out a cool vibe when the temperature is soaring high.

Sunny, on the other hand, turned up wearing a blue cold shoulder top with a stylised knotted hot pink skirt for an event in Mumbai on Monday.

Her bright smile added to the colours which made her look cute and sexy at the same time.

Huma Qureshi sets winter fashion goals on US trip

Los Angeles– Actress Huma Qureshi is setting major winter style goals from the streets of California.

Be it her cruise tour in San Francisco or a luxurious trip to Napa Valley or her snow play fun at the Yosemite Park, the “Badlapur” actress has been playing around with fashion at different destinations.

For the cruise outing, she opted for a combination of royal and sporty look and wore a long printed red coat with green pants along white shoes.

At the vineyards at Napa Valley, Huma went for a plain black top with a printed co-ordinate. She looked uber stylish with a wine glass in her hand, and set some party dressing goals.

For her snow outing, the 32-year-old actress covered herself up with a dark coat with faux fur on the hood, and a bright stole to beat the chill.

#MeToo movement should not be trivialised: Minisha

Mumbai– Actress Minisha Lamba says the #MeToo movement should not be trivialised and that women should stand by each other in solidarity.

Minisha on Sunday treated her fans to a question and answer session on Twitter, where a user asked her take on the #MeToo movement and if it got mixed up with PR opportunity.

The actress replied: “I don’t think the #MeToo movement should be trivialised. Women need to stand by other women in solidarity. It’s natural for it to garner publicity because this is the first time in human history where women are calling out their abusers.”

Another user asked between Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan or someone else — who is the most charming Bollywood actor for her?

“It’s a very unfair question. They have their individual charms, which make them three unique superstars of this industry. It’s because they have their USP, that they are such huge global stars,” she said.

Salman Khan starts shooting for ‘Dabangg 3’

Mumbai– Superstar Salman Khan on Monday started shooting for the third installment of “Dabangg” in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

“Back in our birthplace for ‘Dabangg 3’ shoot Arbaaz Khan,” Salman tweeted.

Details related to the plot of “Dabangg 3” are still under wraps.

It is reported that “Dabangg 3” will be helmed by choreographer and filmmaker Prabhu Dheva. The first installment of the movie series “Dabangg”, which released in 2010, was directed by Anurag Kashyap while “Dabangg 2” was directed by Arbaaz Khan.

“Dabangg” tells the story of Chulbul Pandey, a police officer who has his own way of dealing with corruption.

The franchise also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz and Mahie Gill in key roles.

RGV announces his next titled ‘Sasikala’

Hyderabad– Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has announced a biopic on the life of Late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and her close aide Sasikala titled “Sasikala”.

Varma shared a poster featuring Jayalalithaa and Sasikala which read: “The story of a relationship set against merciless men, prisons and Mannargudi gangs. ‘Sasikala’. Love is dangerously political. A Ram Gopal Varma film”

He captioned the poster: “Happy to announce! Coming very soon!”

Details related to the film are still under wraps.

Sushant to reunite with ‘Shudh Desi…’ actor

Mumbai– Actor Sushant Singh Rajput will have many “funny sequences” with his former “Shudh Desi Romance” co-star Nalneesh Neel in the upcoming film “Chhichhore”.

“The film will focus on an engineering college where different types of students study. My character’s name is Pandu who is a cook. He is very interesting. He is a bit comical and also helps people win games,” Nalneesh said in a statement.

“There are many funny sequences with him and Sushant’s character. I enjoyed working with him in ‘Shudh Desi Romance’ too,” he said.

Nalneesh will also be seen in “Bhor”, directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, and will be playing a lead role for the first time. (IANS)
