“This tiny clove is a powerhouse for immunity, gut health, inflammation, and overall balance,” Soha wrote. “I chew one raw clove on an empty stomach to activate allicin—the magic compound—then swallow it with water.”

She added that those who can’t chew it can crush the clove and let it rest for 10 minutes before consuming. However, she cautioned viewers to consult a doctor if they’re on blood thinners, have digestive sensitivities, or are planning surgery.

“Yes, the garlic breath is real—but so are the benefits,” she joked, recommending a solid brushing and mouthwash afterward.

Recently, Soha also shared her habit of drinking white pumpkin (ash gourd) juice every morning for detox and gut health.

On the professional front, Soha was last seen in Chhorii 2, playing the role of Daasi Maa. Directed by Vishal Furia, the horror sequel stars Nushrratt Bharuccha and released on April 11, 2025.

Rashmika, founder of fragrance brand Dear Diary, shared that her go-to scent is Irreplaceable. “It reminds me to be authentic, to show up fully—even on the tough days,” she said. Outside her label, she favors warm, slightly floral scents with hints of vanilla, spice, and notes like lychee or bergamot.
