Shubhangi Atre’s New Year plans: Moment for self-renewal, contemplation
Mumbai– Actress Shubhangi Atre has shared that for the New Year, she wants to immerse herself in the tranquility of nature at her farmhouse, which is surrounded by serene landscapes, and have a moment for self-renewal and contemplation.
“At my farmhouse in Malshej Ghat, surrounded by serene landscapes and refreshing air, I intend to immerse myself in the tranquillity of nature. I’ll take strolls through the lush greenery, perhaps enjoy a picnic by the riverside, and relish the simple yet profound joys that nature graciously offers,” the Shubhangi said.
The ‘Kasturi’ fame actress revealed how this break allows her to reflect on the year gone by, appreciate the lessons learnt, and set intentions for new beginnings.
“It’s a moment for self-renewal and contemplation, aligning myself with the natural rhythms that inspire and rejuvenate. As the sun sets on this remarkable day, I’ll be grateful for the beauty around me and the opportunities the upcoming year holds,” said the actress.
Extending her warm greetings to her fans, Shubhangi added: “Here’s to embracing nature’s embrace, finding solace in its beauty, and stepping into the New Year refreshed and recharged. Wishing everyone abundant joy, prosperity, and a year brimming with delightful surprises.”

Surbhi Jyoti shares ‘touristy’ pictures from US vacation
Mumbai– Actress Surbhi Jyoti is on an annual vacation to the US, and her pictures from the trip is giving her fans major fashion and holiday goals.
The actress is best known for her roles in ‘Qubool Hai’, ‘Naagin 3’, and ‘Ishqbaaaz’, among others.
Taking to Instagram, Surbhi, who enjoys a fan base of 10.2 million followers on the photo sharing application, dropped a string of photos from her American outing.
In the photos, she could be seen wearing a long grey turtleneck dress, paired with an emerald green trench coat, and completed the outfit with black boots. She is seen posing against the Manhattan Bridge.
Taking a stroll down the streets of New York, the diva posed against serene landscapes, enjoying the cold weather.

Kusha Kapila: I have mostly essayed extremely urban characters
Mumbai– Actress Kusha Kapila, who plays Chhaya in the coming-of-age drama series ‘Dehati Ladke’, shared how she has mostly essayed extremely urban characters, and in this show, she has played a professor unlike her previous roles.
The social media personality and YouTuber, Kusha is known for her roles in ‘Selfiee’, ‘Plan A Plan B’, ‘Thank You for Coming’, ‘Case Toh Banta Hai’, and others.
Speaking about her role in ‘Dehati Ladke’, she shared: “Chhaya is a liberal and progressive woman, who is an Assistant Professor at Rajat’s university. She finds love in Rajat’s mentor, Prashant. Chhaya has a mind of her own; she is a strong-headed yet amicable person, and people find it easy to open up to her. Besides being progressive, she is also unafraid to make mistakes in life.”
Talking about taking up a role unlike any other she has played in the past, Kusha said: “Interestingly, my character in ‘Dehati Ladke’ is unlike any other roles that I have done in the past. I have mostly essayed extremely urban characters. I’ve never really played a professor, especially somebody who quotes poets and imparts wisdom at the drop of a hat. So, that was very interesting.”
Based on a best-selling Hindi novel, the narrative not only evokes a sense of nostalgia for college days, but also imparts valuable life lessons about embracing life to the fullest. The series follows the journey of Rajat, a simple boy from a small village, who embarks on a quest to chase his dreams in the glare of Lucknow city.
This young adult series features Shine Pandey, Raghav Sharma, Tanish Neeraj, Saamya Jainn, Aasif Khan, and Kusha.
Aamir Khan’s sea-facing building to be redeveloped by MICL Group
Mumbai– Man Infraconstruction Ltd will redevelop a building partly owned by Bollywood mega-star Aamir Khan in the posh Pali Hill area of Bandra west, a statement said here on Friday.
The sea-facing building with Aamir Khan and other owners stands on a plot of around 37,000 square feet and the redevelopment is likely to start in mid-2024.
The property is Virgo CHS Ltd. comprising two wings – Bella Vista and Marine – with 24 flats in which 9 are owned by Khan.
The building will have ultra-luxury flats with a sale component of around 50,000 square feet targeting an expected revenue of around Rs 500 crore, and MICL will redevelop it through an associate company.
After redevelopment, each of the existing owners shall be eligible for bigger flats, with around 55-60 per cent extra area compared with the existing area.
The flats in the revamped building, each with sea-view and four and five BHKs, are likely to cost in the range of Rs. 125-K psf, as per current market indications in the Pali Hill neighbourhood.
The picturesque Pali Hill is considered the abode of stars and other celebs, and marks the start of the ‘glamour crescent’ that extends from Bandra west to Oshiwara on the west coast of Mumbai.
Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle Juhu, Versova and beyond to the north and the surroundings is home to many glamour personalities from films, television and the entertainment industry, besides big business persons, honchos of Indian and foreign companies, politicians and others.

Mumbai– Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is on her annual vacation to the snow capped Switzerland, with her family and friends, and has shared glimpses of her winter getaway.
The ‘Refugee’ actress is on a vacation with her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, their kids Taimur and Jeh. She is accompanied by her close friend Natasha Poonawalla.
Kareena, who is an avid social media user, is updating her fans about her holidays, by sharing pictures from her year-end holidays.
Taking to Instagram, the ‘Asoka’ actress, who enjoys 11.4 million followers, took to the Stories section and shared a string of photos.
One picture shows Kareena gazing out of her room and capturing the pink sky and mountains on her phone. She is wearing a rainbow coloured striped shirt, her hair is untied.
