Priyanka Chopra is excited to use this ‘wild’ prop for her period drama ‘The Bluff’
Mumbai– Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who is busy shooting for her upcoming movie ‘The Bluff’, is having a great time during the film’s schedule and seems to be enjoying every bit of it.
The actress recently took to the Stories section of her Instagram, and shared a BTS picture from the sets of the film which shows a vintage gun.
She wrote on the picture: “Wild! Our period appropriate props are so cool #thebluff #moviemaking.”
‘The Bluff’ is an American swashbuckler drama film which also stars Karl Urban, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green and Vedanten Naidoo.
The film is set in the Caribbean islands during the 19th century, and sees Priyanka in the role of a former female pirate who must protect her family when her past catches up to her.
Meanwhile, Priyanka’s film ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karoge’ co-starring Salman Khan, and Akshay Kumar recently completed 20 years. Priyanka Chopra celebrated the 20th anniversary of the film’s release as she shared a throwback photo on her Instagram.
In the picture she can be seen posing with Akshay and Salman. She wrote on the picture: “20 years of being Rani! Woah! Those brows tho.”
‘Mujhse Shaadi Karoge’ was directed by David Dhawan and released in 2004. It quickly became a blockbuster hit. The film revolves around a love triangle involving Samir (played by Salman Khan), Rani (played by Priyanka Chopra), and Sunny (played by Akshay Kumar), blending comedy, romance, and a series of misunderstandings that keep audiences entertained all the time.
Mira Kapoor’s heart lies in the sand
Mumbai– Actor Shahid Kapoor‘s wife Mira Rajput Kapoor, who is holidaying in Europe with her family, has shared another glimpse from her vacation diary.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Mira, who has 4.8 million followers on the photo sharing application, dropped a picture of herself resting by the beachside.
The selfie features her wearing a purple bikini, a beach hat, and oval framed sunglasses.
She captioned it as: “Don’t wanna leave the beach.”
On July 30, Mira had shared a video attending the musical concert of American singer Taylor Swift, along with her daughter Misha, in Munich, Germany.
Mira and Shahid had tied the knot in July 2015.
The couple have two kids — daughter Misha, and son Zain.
On the professional front, Shahid made his debut with 2003 romantic comedy film ‘Ishq Vishk’, directed by Ken Ghosh.
The film also starred Amrita Rao and Shenaz Treasurywala.

‘Deva’ is directed by Rosshan Andrrews, and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, the film promises an action-packed roller-coaster ride full of thrills and drama.
It is set to release on February 14, 2025.
Sidharth Malhotra wishes his ‘love’ Kiara on her b’day: ‘You’re the kindest soul I know’
Mumbai– Actor Sidharth Malhotra has penned a romantic note for his wife and actress Kiara Advani, who is celebrating her 33rd birthday on Wednesday, calling her the ‘kindest soul’.
The ‘Student of the Year’ actor took to Instagram, and shared a happy picture of the birthday girl. The photo features Kiara, who is wearing a white dress, and is standing close to balloon decorations, which reads: “We love you.”
Sidharth wrote in the caption: “Happy birthday love, the pic says it all. You’re the kindest soul I know, here is to many more memories together.”
He gave the music of the track ‘Ranjha’ sung by B Praak, Jasleen Royal, and Romy to his post.
The song is from the 2021 biographical war film ‘Shershaah’, which was based on the life of Vikram Batra. The film features Sidharth in the lead, with Kiara as his lover Dimple Cheema.
The lovebirds tied the knot on February 7, 2023, in Jaisalmer in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony.
Kiara, who began her acting career in 2014 with the comedy film ‘Fugly’, was later seen portraying the real-life role of Sakshi Singh Dhoni in the sports biopic ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’, directed and co-written by Neeraj Pandey.

Rasika Dugal is manifesting ‘more comedy’ as ‘Lootcase’ clocks four years
Mumbai– Actress Rasika Dugal on Wednesday celebrated four years of her black comedy crime film ‘Lootcase’, along with manifesting more comedy projects in future.
The 39-year-old actress took to Instagram where she has one million followers, and shared a string of pictures with her co-star Kunal Kemmu. The photos are stills from the movie.
She has captioned the post: “So many rangs (colours) in the life of this family…#4yearsofLootcase… Been four years to this one and I have had a special affinity for red suitcases ever since! C’mon now let’s do some more comedy #puttingitoutthere,” followed by a finger-crossed emoji.
Actor Gajraj Rao, who essayed the role of MLA Suyash Patil in the film dropped three red heart emojis in the comment section.
Kunal reshared the post on his Instagram Stories, and wrote: “Lata ka Aadmi.”
The film featured Kunal and Rasika as husband and wife, playing the roles of Nandan Kumar, and Lata, respectively. It also stars Vijay Raaz, Ranvir Shorey, Aryan Prajapati, Shashi Ranjan, and Aakash Dabhade.

Sara Khan: Have played a double role before, but never sextuplet
Mumbai– Actress Sara Khan was taken by surprise after she learnt she had to play six different characters in one frame. She said that she had played a double role before but never a sextuplet.
Sara, who plays Goddess Kritikayein in “Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya”, said: “When the director first told me about the scene where I would appear as six different characters in one frame, I thought it was just for a promo, to create some visual effect or for my entry scene.”
She said that gradually, in every scene she did, she had to act alone with her characters.
“I wondered what was happening. In every scene, I was talking to myself, asking questions and answering them, and reacting to things alone. I kept wondering if this was going to continue.”
“Later, I learned the backstory of Goddess Kritikayein, who was one of six women married to seven ‘rishi munis,’ who raised Kartik and later united against Chhathi Maiyya. It was then that I understood I would always have to play multiple roles,” she said.
The actress added that this was “different and new compared to anything” she has done in her career before.
“I have played a double role before, but never sextuplet roles. So, when I learned about this on the first day of the shoot, it was both shocking and surprising for me,” added Sara.
“Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya”, which airs on Sun Neo, follows an orphan girl named Vaishnavi, who reveres Chhathi Maiyya as her mother.
Bipasha Basu’s singing session with her ‘bestie’ will leave you wanting for more
Mumbai– Actress Bipasha Basu on Wednesday shared an adorable video of her baby girl Devi, who is singing along with her mother, leaving the fans in awe of her cuteness.
Bipasha, who has 14 million followers on Instagram, shared a Reel wherein we can see her little bundle of joy wearing a white baby co-ord set with strawberries printed on it.
Her hair is tied in a ponytail with some beads on her head. The snippet shows Devi clapping and happily singing in her baby voice while looking in the mirror.
