Preity Zinta attends Jonas’ Brothers concert with Priyanka Chopra: ‘I officially became a fan’
Mumbai– Actress Preity G Zinta reunited with her ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy’ co-star Priyanka Chopra, as the two attended the concert of Jonas Brothers’ in the United States.
Taking to Instagram, Preity who is an avid social media user, shared a Reel video wherein we get the glimpse of the concert which was held in Los Angeles, California.
In the video, we can see the stadium is fully crowded, and the audience is cheering for the singers. Preity was seen wearing a black top, which she paired with a skirt, while Priyanka donned a sleeveless black dress, and kept her hair straight. The two can be seen enjoying and grooving to the tunes of the songs sung by Nick, Joe and Kevin.
Preity captioned the video as: “What a fun night and what a fun way to be introduced to all the music of the Jonas Brothers. Thank you so much @priyankachopra for being such an amazing host. @nickjonas you guys killed it last night. It was an amazing performance. All the best for the rest of the tour. Priyanka got married to American singer Nick Jonas in December 2018. In January 2022, the couple had their first child, a girl, via surrogacy.
On the work front, Preity was last seen in 2018 film ‘Bhaiaji Superhit’, which was an action comedy film starring Sunny Deol, Arshad Warsi, Ameesha Patel and Shreyas Talpade.
Meanwhile, Priyanka was last seen in ‘Citadel’, and ‘Love Again’. She next has ‘Heads of State’ in the pipeline.
Madhuri grooves at Beyonce’s Renaissance concert; says girls rule the world
Mumbai– Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit Nene recently attended Beyonce’s Renaissance concert. The actress took to her Instagram to share a few pictures and a video of herself grooving to the performance of Beyonce.
The first picture is a selfie with her husband followed by a glimpse of singer Beyonce from the concert. Sharing the experience on the photo-sharing app Instagram, Madhuri wrote in the caption, “Who runs the world? Girls. Queen Bey was a highlight of our trip. Thanks @beyonce for sharing your magic with us Thanks @anjaliraval for making it possible.”
As soon as Madhuri shared the video, fans were quick to respond in the comments section. One person wrote, “It’s so funny that people in that stadium had no idea that you’re a bigger star than Beyonce in India.” Another person commented, “OMG YESSS! Earlier, Madhuri shared an emotional note for her two sons as they left home for higher studies. Madhuri Dixit shared two images with her boys. In the first image, the mother and sons pose for the camera as they flash their brightest smiles.
Meanwhile, Beyonce’s Renaissance concert has been attended by a lot of celebrities so far. Hollywood star Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner were recently seen involved in the PDA at the event, the concert was also attended by Tom Holland and Zendaya.
Sanya Malhotra gets nostalgic: ‘Used to visit SRK’s house just to pump ourselves up’
Mumbai– Actress Sanya Malhotra, who is the part of the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Jawan’, shared an anecdote on how she used to visit the latter’s house during her initial days of her career.
Directed by Atlee, the action entertainer also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (in a special appearance), and Priyamani. Sanya plays the character of Dr Eeram in the movie.
In a Q&A session with her fans, Sanya took to Instagram Stories, and answered the queries asked by the audience for the movie ‘Jawan’.
A fan asked: ‘How was your experience working in Jawan?’, to which she replied: “it was fantastic and definitely a dream come true for me I still can’t believe still. But I am so happy that everyone is liking the film. I also liked it very much. Maine bahut sittiyaan maari. I am going to watch it again with my friends and family.”
On working with SRK, the ‘Ludo’ actress said: “amazing. I hope and I pray I get to work with him again, because I got to learn so much from him. Just being around him was such a surreal experience for me as an actor. I still can’t believe I am a part of ‘Jawan'”.
Sharing an anecdote, she said,”I am from delhi, and when I came to Mumbai 10 years ago, my roommates we were all srk fans so whenever anybody’s mood was off we used to go to bandstand and visit srk’s house just to pump ourselves up..saying ye bhi dilli wale hain.”
Sanya heaped praise on her co-star Deepika Padukone and called her acting superb. The diva also revealed that she likes both the roles of SRK in ‘Jawan’- Captain Vikram Rathore, and IPS officerAzad.
A user asked to select between Jawan and Dangal. To this, she posted a boomerang of her index finger showing a denial.
On working with Atlee, Sanya said: “I am so grateful to have worked with Atlee sir. he helped me get out of my comfort zone.it takes time for an actor to step out of their bubble or maybe try something new , but he really pushed me to find Eeram, to live Eeram, to be Eeram, i hope to get working with him again.”
‘Jawan’ has collected Rs 286.56 crore net in India in the first four days of its theatrical run.
Vicky Kaushal sets the internet ablaze as he grooves to ‘Softly’, calls it a ‘banger’
Mumbai– Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal, who is all set for the release of his upcoming family entertainer ‘The Great Indian Family’ (TGIF), on Monday shared a video of himself grooving to the tunes of a Punjabi track.
The actor, who is known for his works in movies like ‘Masaan’, ‘Raazi’, ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, ‘Sardar Udham’, among others, is very active on social media.
Taking to the Stories section of Instagram, Vicky dropped a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video of himself dancing during a photoshoot. He is dressed in formals – grey blazer, matching pants, white shirt and a stole. He completed the outfit with white shoes and black sunglasses. Vicky also flaunted his heavy bearded look.
Dancing to the tunes of Karan Aujla and Ikky’s song ‘Softly’, Vicky left his fans awestruck with his smooth moves. He captioned the reel: “The only way I know how to do photoshoots. What a banger by @karanaujla_official veerey!”
Karan shared Vicky’s video on his Instagram Stories and wrote: “TEACH ME THOSE MOVES PLEASE”.
‘The Great India Family’ is directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. It is set in the heartland of India and will revolve around the madness that ensues within Vicky’s family due to some sudden developments that are beyond anyone’s control.
It stars an ensemble cast of Vicky, Manushi Chhillar, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Ashutosh Ujjwal and Bharti Perwani.
The film is slated to release on September 22.
Meanwhile, Vicky also has Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Sam Bahadur’ in the pipeline. The film is based on the life of Sam Manekshaw, who was the Chief of the Army Staff during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971, and the first Indian Army General to become Field Marshal. The film also stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh.
Varun Dhawan flaunts toned beach body; fans call him ‘sandman’
New Delhi– Actor Varun Dhawan on Monday gave his fans major vacation goals as he soaked up the sun on the beach.
Known for his movies like ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’, ‘Badlapur’, ‘October’, ‘Kalank’, amongst many others, Varun is currently shooting for his next project ‘VD 18’.
The avid social media user took to Instagram and shared striking photos of himself.
In the pictures, Varun is wearing a pair of blue shorts, and is sitting on the beach soaking up the sun. Flaunting his toned physique and abs, there is the picturesque sea in the backdrop.
He gave the music of ‘In the summertime’ by Shaggy and Rayvon, to his post. Varun captioned the post as: “Caption de do. Best one makes it?” It is liked by Jacqueline Fernandez.
