Malaika Arora Calls Navjot Singh Sidhu Her “Lifelong Friend,” Reveals His Sweet Gesture
Mumbai — Actress Malaika Arora surprised fans on The Great Indian Kapil Show by revealing that veteran politician and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu is one of her closest friends.
Talking about friendships later in life, Malaika said it’s rare to find genuine connections but described Sidhu, fondly known as “Sherry,” as a true friend.
“After a certain age we say that we don’t make many friends. In fact, we can’t even make one because no one has time. But I have made a true friend in Sherry, literally,” she said.
The two previously shared the judging panel on India’s Got Talent, where their lively banter often entertained viewers.
During the conversation, Malaika also revealed that Sidhu regularly sends her treats from his home.
“Every 15 or 20 days, he sends me white butter from his house, along with some snacks and jaggery,” she said.
Host Kapil Sharma joked that despite knowing Sidhu for nearly 20 years, he has never received even a small treat — drawing laughter from the audience.

Mumbai — Actress Pooja Batra shared a dreamy sunset moment with fans, revealing how the golden hour instantly lifts her mood.

The actress posted a striking photo on Instagram showing herself gazing out at a glowing sunset through a large window overlooking the water. Dressed in a shimmering gold backless gown, Pooja stood with her back to the camera, her soft curls resting on her shoulders as she admired the view.
“Sunsets transport me to a different vibe,” she wrote in the caption.
Pooja began her career as a model and rose to fame after winning the Miss India International title in 1993. She later entered Bollywood with the 1997 film Virasat and went on to appear in films such as Bhai, Haseena Maan Jayegi, Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, and Nayak: The Real Hero.
She was last seen on screen in the 2021 action thriller Squad.
Tisca Chopra Bids Emotional Goodbye to Her Mother, Shares Her Life Philosophy
Mumbai — Actress Tisca Chopra is mourning the loss of her mother, Pammi Arora, and shared an emotional tribute remembering the woman she called a source of warmth, strength, and optimism.

Posting a series of photos with her parents on Instagram, Tisca revealed that her mother passed away on March 7. Reflecting on her mother’s outlook on life, the actress wrote that Pammi Arora believed in keeping things simple and moving forward.
“If a problem appeared, she had a two-word philosophy ready, ‘Mitti pao’. Throw some earth over it. Move on. Life was too lively to sit around nursing grievances,” Tisca wrote.
She added that her mother taught her one of the most powerful life lessons she ever received: “You already have a ‘no’ in your pocket. Now go out and get a ‘yes’.”
Pammi Arora was also a beloved teacher known to many students as “Arora Ma’am,” remembered for her warmth and playful spirit in the classroom.
Even in her final days, Tisca said her mother showed remarkable resilience, refusing to give in despite illness.
“Pammi Arora was a rare and beautiful woman… Those who knew her loved her. And those who loved her will never quite lose her,” the actress wrote.
Ayushmann Khurrana, Tahira Kashyap Welcome New Family Member — Toy Poodle Named Imli
Mumbai — Filmmaker Tahira Kashyap and actor Ayushmann Khurrana have welcomed a new furry addition to their family, an adorable toy poodle named Imli.

Tahira shared a series of photos and videos on Instagram showing the tiny pup playing around the house, even squeezing into trophy cups, shoes, and school bags.
“Meet our newest addition to the family! She fits into trophy cups, shoes, school bags and our hearts!” Tahira wrote, introducing the playful pup.
Imli is the younger sister of the couple’s other toy poodle, Peanut. Tahira joked that while Imli is “mad, cute and very funny,” Peanut isn’t always impressed with her antics.
“Peanut finds her very stupid… I wish I could get moments where Peanut literally eye rolls seeing Imli do her stunts,” she added.
Meanwhile, Ayushmann was last seen in the horror-comedy Thamma and will next appear in Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, set to release in May 2026.

Mumbai — Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared an emotional message to his younger self, saying that despite decades of fame and success, he still feels like the same small-town boy from Shimla.

Posting the heartfelt note on social media, Kher reflected on his journey from a teenager with big dreams to one of Indian cinema’s most celebrated actors.
“Dear 16-Year-Old Me (Bittu)… you don’t know it yet, but life is going to take you on an extraordinary journey,” he wrote.
The actor said that even after traveling the world, playing hundreds of characters, and experiencing both success and failure, one thing has never changed.
“After all these years… I am still you. The same small-town boy who believed that ‘Kuch bhi ho sakta hai.’”
Kher added that life would bring challenges and setbacks but each fall would only make him stronger.
“You will fall many times. But every fall will teach you how to stand taller,” he wrote.
The actor, who recently turned 70, said his biggest victory has been staying true to himself.
