Kunal Kemmu ‘looks cool’ during impromptu dance

Mumbai– Actor Kunal Kemmu says he has learnt that when you don’t want to impress and when no one is watching, dancing is not just therapeutic but also looks pretty cool.

He proved it with his impromptu dance video that he posted on social media.

“Somewhere between painting singing dancing and doing online classes with the toddler I learnt that dancing when you don’t want to impress and when no one is watching is not just therapeutic but also looks pretty cool. no look no choreography no plan. Just let the music guide your body and mind #barefoot #impromptudance,” he captioned it.

He and his wife Soha Ali Khan have been using social media to give glimpses of their personal lives during the quarantine phase. And that involves their daughter quite often.

A few weeks ago, Kunal and his daughter Inaaya were seen peeling peas in an image.

“It’s just a ‘matar’ of time…#lockdown…#stayhome..#twopeasinapod,” Soha had captioned the picture.

Kunal has also stayed connected with his colleagues virtually. On Wednesday, he was part of a virtual reunion with his “Malang” costars Anil Kapoor, Disha Patani, and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Gulki Joshi initially found working with Ashutosh Rana ‘very scary’

Mumbai– Actress Gulki Joshi says working with critically acclaimed actor Ashutosh Rana in the teleplay “Purush”, was very scary in the beginning.

Ashutosh plays the role of the tyrannical and misogynistic politician Gulab Singh in the play.

“Working with Ashutoshji was very scary in the beginning and eventually extremely comfortable. I genuinely learnt a lot from him and best thing was absolutely no ego hassles,” the actress said.

Gulki, on the other hand, has returned to theatre with “Purush” after a hiatus of two years and admits to having found the role of Ambika Bhagawat, a resilient social activist, extremely demanding and challenging.

“In my past experiences with theatre, I used to be completely immersed in the scene. I was apprehensive about coming across either aggressive or someone too timid, and achieving that balance was crucial,” said Gulki.

In a pivotal scene, Ambika is raped by Gulab Singh. Gulki recalled the the emotional state lasted till much later after the director yelled cut.

“At one point I broke down because I got into character and didn’t know where to stop. I could not get out of the scene even after the final shot was okayed,” Gulki said.

Preity Zinta spends ‘pool day’ with pet pup

Mumbai– With the temperature soaring, actress and ardent animal lover Preity Zinta spent a pool day with her pet dog Bruno.

Preity took to Instagram and shared a selfie where she features with Bruno, a Dutch Shephard.

Preity has often treated her fans with funny workout videos that also feature Bruno. She had earlier shared a clip where she uses the pet pup as a weight for biceps curls.

On the acting front, Preity was last seen on screen in the 2018 film “Bhaiaji Superhit”. The film marked her comeback after a seven-year break and also stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Arshad Warsi and Shreyas Talpade.

Urvashi Rautela’s new sizzling treat for fans on social media

Mumbai– Actress and former beauty queen Urvashi Rautela shows off perfectly toned legs in her latest photograph on social media.

Urvashi took to Insatgram and shared a photograph of herself in a beige shirt dress. She sits on a mustard-coloured couch flaunting long legs.

She had recently treated her fans with a sizzling photograph on Instagram, where she is seen lying in bed in sensuous white satin nightwear.

On the work front, “Beat pe thumka”, a peppy wedding number featuring Urvashi has just been released. The song is from her upcoming comedy flick “Virgin Bhanupriya”.

Urvashi took to Instagram, where she shared a hilarious video of herself mouthing a man’s dialogue.

The clip starts with a man saying in Punjabi that “You don’t reply to my texts are you doing something”.

To which, Urvashi mouths the dialogue: “Yes, ignore.”

Urvashi, who gained popularity playing Komolika in “Kasautii Zindagii Kay”, captioned the image: “You cannot Ignore me #lol #try #to #ignore#me”

Earlier, Urvashi had shared a photograph of herself and captioned it: “”Physically at home and mentally on some vacation.”

The iconic character Komolika was the main antagonist in the original 2001 show.

Kriti Kharbanda’s pole dancing regret

Mumbai– Actress Kriti Kharbanda has shared that pole dancing is her favourite form of workout.

Kriti took to Instagram, where she shared glimpse of her performing on the pole in a black sports bra and shorts.

“Throwback to my favourite form of workout! Definitely regret not installing a pole at home. Adding this to my to-do list post the lockdown! What’s on your list !? What do u really miss doing!?” she captioned the clip, which has over a million views on the photo-sharing website.

Her skills left her “Housefuls 4” star Kriti Sanon amazed, who commented: “Woah.”

The actress recently took to Instagram Stories to shared her eyebrow woes.

She wrote: “”Baaki sab toh theek hai, par in eyebrows ka kya karein (Rest is all right, but what does one do about the eyebrows)!”

Earlier, Kriti’s rumoured boyfriend and actor Pulkit Samrat took to Instagram, where he played the track “Bella Ciao”, the title track of Spanish show “Money Heist”, originally titled “La Casa de Papel”.

Tisca Chopra: I will never be a morning person

Mumbai– Actress Tisca Chopra says she’s in love with the moon and hence she will never be a morning person.

Tisca took to Instagram, where she shared a photograph of herself posing with the moon in the background. She shared another photograph of just the moon hiding behind the clouds.

Recently, Tisca shared that she is putting her quarantine hours to good use. She said the lockdown has given her time to think about time.
