The actress is going to enthrall the runway as a showstoppee in an outfit designed by the creative duo.

“The line is for the women of now. The inspiration has been derived from the palace of Junagarh , where a Parisian queen was invited for a mela. The folklore is very modern-chic and will resonate with the new age women. It is for the modern bride, a woman who knows exactly what she wants and is fuss free. It’s something I can showcase at the Paris couture week if we cut the excess frill and other elements,” the designers told IANS in a joint statement.

Led by Sunil Sethi, president of Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) , the event will see countries top couturiers showcasing their line at the fashion day fashion gala that starts here Wednesday night.

Haven’t finalised anything: Yuvika on wedding

Mumbai– Actress Yuvika Chaudhary, who is engaged to Prince Narula, wants to have a fairy tale wedding but she is yet to finalise anything.

“My wedding is around the corner but I am still planning all the things, just like any other girl next door. I wish it to be a fairy tale wedding. I haven’t finalised anything yet,” Yuvika said in a statement.

On the work front, she is part of the event titled “Kumkum Bhagya Saawan Mahotsav”. The two and a hour event is spread across four episodes.

It’s a standalone event having a story line completely isolated from “Kumkum Bhagya”. It’s a story of Rahul (Vishal Singh), Anjali (Rhea Sharma) and Tina (Yuvika).

The event is a mix of fiction and non-fiction against the backdrop of Rahul and Tina’s wedding.

“The biggest challenge is that I have been carrying bridal look in almost all my work. I am so confused about what to do as I never expected these episodes to happen where I will have bridal look,” she said.

“I said yes to this character only for my fans as they always ask me to do television. This small glimpse is for them. It is such a coincidence how this wedding sequence on ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ happened right before my real wedding.”

She never thought that she would play a bride and shoot for a reel wedding right before her real wedding.

“Everything is happening so fast. You always want to look the best on your wedding but after doing this ‘Kumkum’ sequence, I have to change my whole real wedding look. Otherwise I will look the same,” she said.

The awards will be given away on August 8 at a function here.

Balan and the state government got into high gear after half a dozen film centric organisations that matter in the Malayalam film industry expressed their ire that the superstar is being drawn into a needless controversy.

Mohanlal, who last month took over as President of film body Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA), first came under fire from the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC) for revoking the suspension of accused actor Dileep’s membership of the grouping. ‘Padmaavat’ actor to play ‘mysterious, dangerous’ character

Mumbai– Actor Ujjwal Chopra, who essayed the role of Gora Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Padmaavat”, will play a mysterious and dangerous character Z in the show “Hankaar”.

“Playing these characters helped me in discovering my own strengths as an actor.”

Talking about his “Padmaavat” co-star Ranveer Singh, he said “It was enthralling to watch Ranveer Singh play a menacing character with dedication and honesty. As an underworld don, Z, too is devoid of any compassion. Acting alongside Ranveer in ‘Padmaavat’ aided me in approaching Z from a different perspective.”

“Hankaar” is Hungama’s original show. Ruled by the dreaded underworld don, Z (Ujjwal), Mumbai is just a chessboard for him with its residents merely pawns. With the reins of the city in his hands, Z ensures that every major criminal business in the city belongs to him and every individual is under his thumb.
