Bollywood Roundup: Kareena Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan, Hina Khan, and more…

Kareena Kapoor Says ‘There Are No Hacks’ for Parenting in Hilarious Monday Post

Mumbai — Kareena Kapoor Khan just dropped the most honest “Monday Motivation” parents didn’t know they needed.

The Bollywood superstar reshared a brutally relatable “parenting hack” that read: “Parenting Hack: There are no hacks. Everything is hard. These kids don’t listen. This is your life now. Godspeed.”

Kareena simply captioned it, “Monday Motivation,” and honestly? Mood.

The mom of two — Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan (Jeh) — is known for keeping it real about motherhood. From chaos at home to picture-perfect vacations, she doesn’t pretend it’s easy.

In fact, she once hilariously admitted to forcing her boys to pose for holiday photos. Resharing a meme about parents threatening “no ice cream” to get the perfect shot — before posting captions like “The reason I breathe” — Kareena confessed: “Me Me Me!!!”

Just days ago, little Jeh turned five, and the family celebrated by planting trees together. Sharing adorable snaps of the muddy, hands-on birthday, Kareena wrote: “Birthday’s are all about planting trees and being free… Happy birthday Son… Jeh Baba.”

No filters, no fake perfection — just one superstar mom admitting what every parent already knows: there really are no hacks.

Soha Ali Khan’s Emotional Plea Amid Israel-Iran Tensions: “There’s No Alternative to Peace”

Mumbai — As tensions flare between Israel and Iran, Soha Ali Khan is speaking up — and her message is simple: peace is the only way forward.

Taking to Instagram Stories, the actress shared a heartfelt note calling for “quieter skies and healing.”

Soha Ali Khan

“There is no alternative to peace. My thoughts and prayers are with the children, the innocent civilians. May tomorrow bring quieter skies and healing,” she wrote.

Her emotional post comes days after massive explosions rocked Tehran on February 28, when Israel launched what it described as “preventive” missile strikes on Iran. Several areas in the capital were hit, sharply escalating an already volatile standoff.

The conflict has intensified through 2024 and 2025, shifting from shadow warfare to direct military confrontations, including missile exchanges and large-scale aerial strikes.

On Monday, Israeli warplanes reportedly carried out heavy airstrikes in Beirut’s southern suburbs after rockets were fired from Lebanese territory into Israel. The strikes targeted Dahieh, a Hezbollah stronghold, sending residents fleeing as ambulances rushed to the scene.

Amid the escalating violence and rising fears of a wider regional war, Soha’s message cut through the chaos — a reminder that, beyond politics and power plays, it’s children and innocent civilians who pay the highest price.

Hina Khan Claps Back After Being Trolled for Backing PM Modi Amid West Asia Crisis

Mumbai — Hina Khan isn’t staying silent.

The actress is firing back at trolls after she voiced support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the escalating West Asia crisis — and social media had plenty to say about it.

On Monday, Hina posted a collage on Instagram showing PM Modi alongside a child playing on the road. Her caption packed a punch: “Jo ye bhi theek se nahi chala sakte Woh uspe sawaal uthaa rahe hain jo Itna bada desh chala raha hai.. Audacity, Guts, Irony! Jai Hind.”

Hina Khan

(Translation: “Those who can’t even run this properly are questioning the one who is running such a big country. Audacity, Guts, Irony! Jai Hind.”)

The post quickly sparked backlash.

One user shot back, “Wow Hina Khan, so you want the public to become mute and accept the government’s wrong policies as correct. I didn’t expect such a post from you.”

Another wrote, “I don’t know what you’re talking about lekin sarkar se sawal karna hamara haq hai (But questioning the government is our right).”

A third comment turned personal: “The one, who has not been true to her own religion… will tell people? Audacity. Guts. Irony.”

The controversy comes as tensions explode across the Middle East following Israeli strikes on Iran and retaliatory attacks targeting U.S. bases in the region. Back home, some critics have questioned why PM Modi has not publicly commented on the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

With global tensions rising and fears of a wider war swirling, Hina’s post has only added fuel to an already heated debate — proving once again that when celebrities step into politics, the internet rarely stays quiet.

Zareen Khan Says Mom Is Out of ICU, Still Hospitalized

Mumbai — Zareen Khan has shared a hopeful update about her mother’s health.

The actress revealed on Instagram Stories that her mom is finally out of the ICU — but she’s not home just yet.

Zareen Khan

“Mom’s out of the ICU…but still in the hospital. Please continue keeping her in your duas/ prayers. Much needed (sic),” Zareen wrote, adding a folded hands emoji.

The update comes days after Zareen marked her Islamic birthday on the fifth day of Ramadan with an emotional message, revealing her mother was hospitalized.

“It’s the 5th of Ramadan today which is my Islamic Birthday… This year too I had plans of celebrating this one in a certain way but unfortunately that’s not going to happen as my Mom is hospitalized,” she had shared, asking fans to pray for her mother, calling it the “greatest gift” she could receive.

This isn’t the first health scare. In October last year, Zareen had also posted from the hospital, later sharing that her mom had recovered and was discharged.

For now, the family is taking it one step at a time — grateful she’s out of intensive care, but still hoping for a full recovery.

Anil Kapoor Reveals His First Paycheck Was Just ₹250 on ‘Wheel of Fortune’

Mumbai — Anil Kapoor just took a nostalgic trip down memory lane — and the numbers might surprise you.

Appearing on Akshay Kumar’s ‘Wheel of Fortune,’ the veteran actor revealed that his very first paycheck was a modest ₹250.

Anil Kapoor

Sharing the story, Anil said his first earnings came in 1976 from Doordarshan. He performed at the broadcaster’s Worli studio and was paid ₹250 for the appearance.

“Aur ek anecdote hai jo mai sunana chahunga… maine 1976 sabse peheli meri kamaayi huyi thi… Doordarshan se huyi thi… jiske liye mujhe INR 250 mile the,” he recalled, adding that seeing himself on television — with his parents and friends watching — gave him his first taste of recognition.

He also revealed he’s still trying to track down that old clip.

The actor went on to share how theater at St. Xavier’s College changed everything. During his first stage performance, Shashi Kapoor was the chief guest — and handed Anil the Best Actor trophy himself.

“Waha se mujhe motivation mili ki main actor ban sakta hoon… aur Shashi Kapoor sahaab ka mere career main bohot bada haath hai,” Anil said, crediting the late legend for inspiring him to formally pursue acting.

The episode also sparked memories of the iconic song “Dhak Dhak Karne Laga.” Anil humbly insisted, “Ye gaana sirf Madhuri ji ka hai. Main toh side mein sirf supporting role kar raha tha.”

But he did share a fun behind-the-scenes detail — the song was choreographed by Saroj Khan and shot at Raj Kapoor Studio on the film’s last day, late at night, after both he and Madhuri Dixit had already completed double shifts.

“Jo freshness dekh rahe hain… woh ham do filmo’n ki shooting karke aate the aur teesri shooting hoti thi iss gaane ki raat main,” he laughed.

From a ₹250 paycheck to Bollywood superstardom, Anil Kapoor’s journey proves every legend starts somewhere.

Shilpa Shetty’s Monday Mantra: “If You Can Hold Vatayansana, You Can Handle Anything”

Mumbai — Shilpa Shetty is back with her signature Monday motivation — and this time, it’s all about balance, grit, and serious core strength.

Shilpa Shetty

The fitness queen dropped a video of herself flawlessly performing the intense yoga pose Vatayansana on a lawn, proving once again that she doesn’t skip leg day — or any day.

Captioning the clip, she wrote, “If you can hold this pose, you can definitely handle Monday.”

And she wasn’t just showing off. Shilpa also broke down the benefits of the challenging asana, saying it boosts concentration and willpower, reduces stress and anxiety, and strengthens the hips, thighs, knees, and ankles while improving lower-body circulation.

Never one to miss a fitness challenge, she threw it to her followers: “Challenge thrown to you: for how long can you hold your balance in this asana?”

The actress, known for her disciplined lifestyle, regularly shares workout videos — from hardcore strength training with dumbbells to calming yoga flows — all while preaching her “Swasth Raho, Mast Raho” philosophy.

Translation? If Shilpa can balance in Vatayansana, you can survive Monday.

Malaika Arora Calls Mom Joyce the Family’s “Backbone” in Sweet Birthday Tribute

Mumbai — Malaika Arora is all heart when it comes to her mom.

The actress took to social media to wish her mother, Joyce Arora, on her birthday — calling her the family’s “backbone” in a touching post.

Sharing a throwback picture from an intimate birthday celebration, Malaika wrote, “This is us happy birthday Momsy, Mothership……our backbone @joycearora.”

The photo shows Malaika and sister Amrita Arora standing close to their smiling mom as the trio sing into a mic together. Dressed in soft pastels and whites, it was a pure family moment — warm, happy, and full of love.

Malaika has never hidden how close she is to her family. Earlier this year, she showered baby sister Amrita with affection on her birthday, posting a sweet photo and writing, “Happy birthday my baby sis @amuaroraofficial (sic),” along with heart emojis.

Beyond the glam and glitter, Malaika has often spoken about her own journey of reinvention. Reflecting on the first quarter of the 21st century, she said it’s been a phase of growth — moving from dance and glamour to fitness, entrepreneurship, and even becoming a published author.

But no matter how far she’s come, one thing is clear — at the center of it all stands “Momsy,” the family’s true backbone. (Source: IANS)
