Ajay, Kajol go on road trip with children
Mumbai– Actors Ajay Devgn and Kajol are on a road trip along with their children Nysa and Yug.
Kajol on Wednesday shared a family photograph in which the two actors along with their children are seen posing in front of their car with snow capped mountains in the backdrop.
“Grumbles, rumbles and potato chips… Road trip. Finally,” Kajol captioned the image.
The photograph has over three lakh likes already.
Ajay married Kajol in 1999. The two welcomed their daughter Nysa in 2003 and son Yug in 2010.
On the acting front, Ajay will next be seen in “Taanaji – The Unsung Warrior”.
Sonakshi’s ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ to release on Aug 2
Mumbai– Actress Sonakshi Sinha’s upcoming film “Khandaani Shafakhana” will now release on August 2 instead of July 26, and will clash with Parineeti Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra-starrer “Jabariya Jodi” at the box office.
On Thursday Sonakshi took to social media to announce the change in the release date. “Jann hitt mein jaari ek soochna ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ ab haqq se khulega August 2 ko.”
Directed by Shilpi Dasgupta, “Khandaani Shafakhana” also features Varun Sharma and rapper Badshah in key roles.
Based in Punjab, the film portrays Sonakshi as a happy-go-lucky Punjabi girl who adores her family and will go to any length to see them happy even if it means not living her dreams.
On her role, Sonakshi had earlier said: “I am extremely happy to be part of this film which is so close to the world around us, to step into the shoes of a small-town girl, and face the hilarious, madcap challenges thrown at her. Full of flavour, fun and emotions.”
Malaika makes relationship official with ‘amazing’ Arjun
Mumbai– Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have made their relationship official as the actress shared a romantic photograph with the “Ishaqzaade” star on social media.
After leaving for a birthday getaway on Monday, Malaika shared an image on Instagram on Wednesday to wish her boyfriend on his 34th birthday.
“Happy birthday my crazy, insanely funny and amazing Arjun Kapoor… Love and happiness always,” she captioned the image in which the two can be seen holding hands and snuggling at a beach.
The 45-year-old actress can be seen in a striped pant suit while Arjun is wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
After keeping their relationship under wraps for a long time, Arjun and Malaika have now become more open. From dinner dates to parties and film screenings, the couple have been photographed together several times.
Arjun will next be seen in “Panipat”, a historical drama directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. The film also stars Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt.
Priya Prakash Varrier turns singer for ‘Finals’
Thiruvananthapuram– Actress Priya Prakash Varrier, who became an overnight sensation last year after a “wink scene”, has lent her voice to a song for the upcoming Malayalam film “Finals”.

Priya is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the upcoming film “Sridevi Bungalow” directed by Prasanth Mambully.
Salman Khan’s cycle ride sans helmet makes fans angry
Mumbai– Superstar Salman Khan has shared a video of himself cycling on the busy roads of Mumbai, urging fans to value time. Instead some of the netizens slammed the “Dabanng” actor for not wearing a helmet while riding a bicycle.
Sporting black shorts and a T-shirt, Salman is seen riding a cycle on a road in a zig zag manner.
“Time flies very fast…Learn how to appreciate it,” Salman captioned the video.
But the 53-year-old actor’s video did not go down well with Twitteratis.
Some of the social media users even tweeted to Mumbai Police to take action against Salman for not following traffic rules.
One user wrote: “Mumbai Police please check this…He is riding zig zag.”
Another one commented: “Big fan but not setting a good example of safety here. Where is the protection gear and why promote driving cutting dangerously into traffic?”
“Cycling in the middle of the road. Putting everyone in danger,” a netizen wrote.
Another wrote: “Bhai aise cut maroge toh ek aur case bann jayega.”
‘Happy’ Anushka Sharma takes tube ride in London
London– Actress Anushka Sharma took the tube here to travel around the city.
Anushka on Thursday took to Twitter where she shared a black and white photograph of herself in the tube. She is seen wearing a white top paired with jeans as she smiles for the camera.
“Happy girls are the prettiest – Audrey Hepburn,” the “NH10” actress captioned the image.
Anushka is in London to finish her work commitments. Her husband and star skipper Virat Kohli is here for the ongoing 2019 Cricket World Cup.
The 31-year-old actress was last seen on the big screen in “Zero” alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
Anupam Kher wants to share his truth in autobiography
Mumbai– Veteran actor Anupam Kher, who is coming up with his book titled “Lessons Life Taught Me Unknowingly”, says he penned the story of his life so that he can share his journey without hurting anyone and share the truth in his way.
Asked why he did not let anyone else write his biography, Anupam told IANS here: “I can only share my truth with people, the interpretation of another individual (about my life) can be judgmental.”
“That is why it is my autobiography that I have written to share the truth of my life the way I want people to know…of course, someone can do research on me and write a book. That would be an unauthorised biography in which I have no control over,” said the actor, who had earlier written the book “The Best Thing About You is You!”.
The actor, who is known for his versatility as an actor, has worked in films like “Saaransh”, “Ram Lakhan”, “Daddy”, “1942: A Love Story” and “Khosla Ka Ghosla”.
He has worked with some of the iconic filmmakers and actors like Mahesh Bhatt, Yash Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah.
Aditya Pancholi booked in 10-year-old rape case
Mumbai– The Mumbai Police on Thursday lodged a rape case against Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi on a complaint filed by a well-known actress.
Mumbai Police spokesperson Deputy Commissioner of Police Manjunath Shinge confirmed the developments but declined to elaborate.
However, official sources said that the complaint has been filed against Aditya in the matter that purportedly took place some 10 years ago when he had allegedly sexually assaulted the actress.
The Versova Police have lodged a first information report under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and launched a probe into the actress’ complaint.
SRK makes me happiest girl in the world: Sayani
Mumbai– Actress Sayani Gupta, who had worked with Shah Rukh Khan in “Fan”, says the superstar makes her the happiest girl in the world.
Shah Rukh on Wednesday attended a screening of Sayani and Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer “Article 15” here. The actor even posed with the cast of the film for photographs. And like other fans, Sayani could not resist expressing her love for SRK after meeting him.
She took to Instagram and penned a heartfelt post for Shah Rukh.
“Only one man can make women so happy. It is only Shah Rukh Khan. Just the best energy one has experienced after his holiness Dalai Lama. Just effervescent abundant love to offer.
