Dharmendra Deol remembers Late actor Mehmood

Mumbai– On the 14th death anniversary of Bollywood’s best known comedian Mehmood Ali, veteran actor Dharmendra Deol became nostalgic and recalled his fondest memories with the “Waaris” actor.

Dharmendra who is quite active on social media, took to his Twitter account on Tuesday and shared a few pictures of himself with Mehmood.

Along with the photos, he wrote: “With you were the days, Mehmood, miss you a lot.”

From “Purnima” in 1965 to “Juaari” in 1994, Dharmendra and Mehmood worked together in various films.

The ” Sholay” actor also posted a still from the film “Chanda Ka Palna”, and captioned it: “This moment, carries lot of memories, miss you Mehmood.”

The actor, singer, director and producer died on July 23, 2004.

‘Badla’ set to release in March 2019

Mumbai– Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and actress Taapsee Pannu-starrer “Badla” will hit the screens on March 8, 2019.

The crime thriller drama will reunite Amitabh and Taapsee after the success of the critically acclaimed 2016 movie “Pink”.

“This will kickstart my 2019! #Badla,” Taapsee tweeted on Tuesday.

“Badla”, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, will present the two actors in pivotal roles. It has been produced by Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Azure Entertainment.

While Amitabh and superstar Shah Rukh Khan have shared the screen together for multiple films, “Badla” will mark the first of its kind collaboration between producer Shah Rukh and Amitabh.

The movie has been shot extensively in London and Scotland.

Anil Kapoor respects the work he gets: Salman

Mumbai– Superstar Salman Khan says he has always looked up to Anil Kapoor and that the actor-producer respects the work he gets.

The two shot together for an episode of the show “Dus Ka Dum – Dumdaar Weekend”.

“Anil Kapoor is one of the most generous actors I’ve ever worked with. He has grown as an actor and as a human being. Anil and I have been friends since the start of our careers and I’ve always looked up to him for his acting skills and his contribution to this industry,” Salman said in a statement.

“He makes sure he is perfect on screen and also that the co-star is as comfortable as he or she should be. He really respects the work he gets. Anil has decided till the time he keeps on working, it will be his best and I’m sure such an actor will never be out of work,” he added about Anil, who has featured in films like “Mr. India”, “Nayak: The Real Hero” and “Pukar”.

The actors and friends have worked together in films like “Race 3” and “No Entry”.

I like to experiment a lot: Mithila Palkar

New Delhi–Actress Mithila Palkar says she wants to challenge herself by trying different things and experimenting with her craft.

Asked how would she like to challenge herself, Mithila told IANS: “By trying to do as many things as I can… I don’t like to stick to one thing. I like to keep experimenting — singing, dancing, acting.

“I want to learn an instrument, dive. I want to do everything. I will keep pushing myself into as many things as I can.”

For now, Mithila is happy to get associated with Bindass Originals’ “Girl in the City” — a story filled with drama, friendship, competition and lots of fashion. Its third chapter premiered on all Bindass platforms on July 13.

Talking about the series, she said: “I’m extremely excited about the series. This is the third chapter. My character is getting to do what she has been wanting to do.”

Shilpa Shetty to endorse SRL Diagnostics
