Mumbai– Actress Anushka Sen on Tuesday shared glimpses from her visit to Bangkok, Thailand, as the diva is in the vibrant city shooting for her upcoming project.
Taking to Instagram, Anushka, who enjoys 39.2 million followers, shared a series of photos, where we can see her wearing a breezy half sleeves magenta pink colour dress, with a sweetheart neckline and a thigh-high slit in between.
She has opted for a no-makeup look and tied her hair in a messy bun. Anushka accessorised the look with black sunglasses and white sneakers.
The ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’ fame diva can be seen munching upon some chips.
The post is captioned as: “Shoot day in Bangkok”.
On the work front, she was last seen in the web series ‘Dil Dosti Dilemma’ in which Anushka portrayed the role of Asmara. Directed by Debbie Rao and produced by Jahanara Bhargava and Seema Mohapatra, the show also stars Shishir Sharma, Mahesh Thakur, and Priyanshu Chatterjee.
Anushka has also featured in web show ‘Crashh’, and music video ‘Teri Aadat 2’. She also participated in ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’
‘I don’t even let my katori move,’ Kartik Aaryan opens up on cricket superstitions
Mumbai– Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan, who is awaiting the release of his upcoming sports drama film ‘Chandu Champion’, is also keeping track of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
The actor is an avid cricket enthusiast, and like most Indians, Kartik too falls back on a bit of superstition.
The actor said that during the critical moments in a thrilling contest, he sticks to just one place and doesn’t move around.
Speaking on his love for cricket and the superstitions that come with it, Kartik said: “Cricket toh sabhi ka favourite hain. (Cricket is everyone’s favourite). I love watching it with my friends and family. Mein ek jagah bas baith ke match dekhta hoon (I sit at one place), and I don’t like moving.”
He further mentioned that now, he has even made his pet dog Katori to follow this superstition.
“I don’t even let my Katori move and trust me, that is a task. Cricket is a religion and feeling alag hi aati hai jab sab saath baith ke dekh rahe ho (It’s a different feeling altogether to watch the match with everyone). If I am busy then of course I watch it on the go”, he added.
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is set to start from June 2. The championship will be co-hosted by the West Indies and the USA. Team India’s hopes are high from the tournament after losing the ODI World Cup 2023 to Australia in the finals after a dream run of unbeaten streak.
The Men in Blue are looking to repeat the feat of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2007 when it clinched the trophy under the leadership of M.S. Dhoni. ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will stream on Disney+ Hotstar.
Janhvi Kapoor talks about her ‘Zingaat’ viral dance with Rihanna
Mumbai– Bollywood’s Gen-Z diva Janhvi Kapoor shared details about her viral video dancing to the track ‘Zingaat’ alongside global pop star Rihanna.
Janhvi appeared on the new episode of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’, along with her ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’ co-star Rajkummar Rao.
The show is hosted by comedian Kapil Sharma.
During the conversation, Janhvi opened up about her dance video with Rihanna when the two attended an event in March in Mumbai.
Janhvi shared: “I had an amazing interaction with Rihanna. After her performance, she came down to meet and mingle with all of us. We all excitedly shouted when she came down, ‘Rihanna! Rihanna!’ and then she pointed at me and started walking towards me. I was scared that I might have done something wrong, but she completely surprised me.”
“Rihanna said to me, ‘I see your Instagram all the time’. And I was so surprised, I went, ‘Me??’ She then told me that she thought I was so hot and that she loved the way I did my wave, literally imitating my wave to me… I was like, ‘What is happening here??’ After that, I was ready to go home, because how could anything else that could happen after, possibly top this moment in my life,” shared Janhvi, who was last seen in the movie ‘Bawaal’.
The actress further shared how the viral video of them dancing to ‘Zingaat’ came to be.
“My friends insisted that I should at least get a picture, and just as I was asking for a selfie, ‘Zingaat’ started playing, and I told her, ‘This is my song!’ She then said, ‘Then Dance!’ and that’s how we danced together and the video was created,” concluded Janhvi.
‘Zingaat’, sung by Ajay Gogavale and Atul Gogavale, is from Janhvi’s debut film ‘Dhadak’.
The episode will also see Rajkummar and Janhvi sharing stories of fake auditions to boyfriend teasing.

Shraddha Kapoor shares video of driving Lamborghini on Mumbai’s coastal road
Mumbai– Actress Shraddha Kapoor, who will be next seen in the upcoming movie ‘Stree 2’, zipped through the roads of Mumbai in her swanky Lamborghini.
On Tuesday, the actress took to the Stories section of her Instagram and shared a video of herself driving her Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica through the new coastal road in Mumbai.
The video showed her enjoying the drive with a friend and also featured the polished interiors of her sports car as she stepped on the pedal.
Last year, the actress bought the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica on the occasion of Dussehra. The car, which costs Rs 4.04 crore, boasts a 5.2-litre V10 naturally aspirated engine and is a rear-wheel drive.
The newly-opened Phase 1 of the coastal road in Mumbai connects Marine Lines in south Mumbai to Worli. It also features India’s first underground sea tunnel. The total length of the coastal road is 29.2 km, with the second phase set to connect Worli to Kandivali in north Mumbai.
Recently, Mumbai has seen rapid infrastructure development, including the Trans-Harbour link road, which connects Sewri in Mumbai to Chirle in Navi Mumbai.
Kajol dons fierce avatar, brandishes sword in ‘Maharagni – Queen of Queens’ teaser
Mumbai– Actress Kajol, who has reunited with choreographer-director Prabhudeva after 27 years for the upcoming film ‘Maharagni – Queen of Queens’, essays a fearless protagonist in the film.
The teaser of the film which was unveiled on Tuesday gives a glimpse of Kajol’s character as she believes in not asking for power but snatching it away.
The teaser opens with Prabhudeva stepping out of a charter plane as he takes down a group of goons. The action then shifts to Samyuktha Menon, who shares her pursuit of revenge.
Talking about the project, Director Charan Tej Uppalapati said: “Directing ‘Maharagni – Queen of Queens’ has been a labour of love. Collaborating with actors like Kajol, Prabhudeva, Naseer sir, Samyukta Menon and Jishusen Gupta has elevated the project to new heights. Their unmatched charisma and acting abilities breathe life into the characters, and I can’t wait for the audience to witness this on screen.”
As the teaser progresses, Naseeruddin Shah is seen lying in a hospital bed sharing his heartfelt last wish and Kajol emerges in her ‘Maharagni’ avatar.
Producer Harman Baweja shared: “‘Maharagni’ is a special project for Baweja Studios, driven by a compelling story. Kajol’s talent and authenticity make her perfect for this role. I am thrilled to bring this project to life with such a stellar team.”

Vaani Kapoor seeks blessings at Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain; drops photos
Mumbai– Actress Vaani Kapoor shared pictures from her divine visit to the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, on Tuesday.
The actress, who has eight million followers on Instagram, posted a string of pictures in which she is seen wearing a pink saree. She styled her hair in a low bun and accessorised the look with earrings.
One snap shows her whispering her wishes into the ears of ‘Nandi,’ while another shows her with hands joined, seeking blessings from Lord Shiva.
Vaani, who is known for her work in ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ and ‘Bell Bottom’, gave the tune of the spiritual song ‘Jaikal Mahakal’ by Amit Trivedi to her post.
The actress captioned it: “Jai Mahakal.”
The 35-year-old actress began her acting career in 2013 with the romantic comedy ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’, starring Parineeti Chopra and the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. She then appeared in the Tamil movie ‘Aaha Kalyanam’ and the Hindi films ‘Befikre’ and ‘War.’
Vaani was last seen in the 2022 period drama ‘Shamshera’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
