Anil Kapoor amplifies PM’s message, urges people to exercise power of vote
Mumbai– Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor, who was last seen in the ‘Fighter’, has urged the eligible voters of the country to come forward and exercise their power of voting.
With the 2024 Lok Sabha elections inching closer, the nation is preparing for the biggest electoral exercise.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited people from all walks of life to spread the message of the power of voting. Anil amplified PM’s message as he took to X, erstwhile Twitter and shared PM’s message.
PM Modi wrote on X, “Let us make our electoral process even more participative. I call upon people from all walks of life to spread the message, in their own style, among first time voters.”
Anil quoted tweeted PM’s tweet and wrote, “There is no higher civic duty than voting. I urge all eligible citizens of our country to make informed decisions and to exercise their right and power by voting.”
Jasmine Bhasin introduces fans to culinary delights in Phuket
Mumbai– Actress Jasmine Bhasin, who is on a vacation to Phuket, Thailand with her boyfriend Aly Goni, took her fans on a gastronomic tour by sharing a glimpse of the best Indian food available on the island.
The lovebirds were off on a romantic getaway to Phuket, to celebrate Aly’s 33rd birthday.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Jasmine who has a following of 8.4 million fans, shared a photo which has a vast spread of Indian food. The snap which was clicked at the Mother India restaurant has a glimpse of chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, raita, mixed vegetable, tandoori roti and other gravy items.
The picture is captioned as: “Best Indian food in Phuket and gol gappe was the best in the world #motherindia restaurant in Phuket”.
The actress known for her work in ‘Honeymoon’ also dropped a video of her beau, while they are travelling on a steamer boat. Aly can be seen recording the mesmerising view of the ocean, and the island.
He is wearing a blue half sleeves shirt, and a matching cap.
Jasmine and Aly met in 2018 during ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 9’. However, they began a romantic relationship in 2021 after participating in ‘Bigg Boss 14’.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Jasmine has Punjabi film ‘Carry On Jattiye’ in the kitty.
Anushka Sen offers glimpse of her ‘one love’: video camera that keeps her busy
Mumbai– Actress Anushka Sen, who is currently running on a tight work schedule, on Tuesday shared a series of fun pictures from the set of her upcoming project, giving a sneak peek into her ‘one love’, and it is nothing but the video camera.
On Valentine’s Day, the ‘Baal Veer’ fame diva, who is currently riding high on both professional and personal front, announced that she is on board a new project. However, she did not reveal the details of the project.
Since then, Anushka has been treating fans with photos and videos, giving a glimpse into her busy work life.

Priyanka drops unseen then & now pics of daughter Malti: ‘Time really flies’
Mumbai– Actress Priyanka Chopra got nostalgic as she dropped some adorable unseen then and now pictures of her daughter Malti Marie (MM), saying how time really flies.
Priyanka is an ardent social media user, and keeps treating fans with the updates of her professional and personal life.
Her Instagram timeline is also filled with several pictures of her little bundle of joy.
The actress, who was most recently seen in ‘Love Again’, shared two pictures of then and now of MM.
In the first photo, Priyanka and MM can be seen cuddling inside a blanket.
The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ fame diva is wearing a black hoodie, while Malti is donning a cute pink and white coloured outfit, with teddy bear printed on it.
The second picture shows a closeup face of Priyanka, and Malti’s tiny hands coming out of a blanket. The newborn MM’s hands are placed on her mother’s chin.

‘Now you will perform for people in heaven’: Anupam Kher remembers Pankaj Udhas
Mumbai– Veteran actor Anupam Kher expressed his grief on the demise of singer Pankaj Udhas. The actor took to his Instagram on Monday and shared a piece to camera video of him paying a tribute to the ghazal legend.
He said, “Pankaj Udhas ji. Why do some people leave like this? There are some people whom you seldom meet but everytime you’ve met them, you have beautiful memories of them. When you suddenly realise that they have left, their memories shroud your mind.”
He continued, “Pankaj ji was a wonderful person, soft-spoken, loving and always smiling. I’ve always seen him smiling whenever I met him. Of course a great ghazal singer, a great singer”.
Referring to ‘Cchitthi Aayi Hai’, he said, “‘Ab cchitthi nahi aayegi’. I heard this song from him many times. In those days, I used to meet him a lot. I’ve been on flights with him twice. It wasn’t planned but it so happened that I bumped into him on a flight on my way to America. He was a very tender, sweet, good-hearted and a good person. This should not have happened. You feel alone all the more when your contemporary for the people who you love they leave suddenly like this. Of course, one feels bad at the departure of every member of this fraternity. But some people indeed leave a void. We all will miss him”.
Kher also talked about how Pankaj Udhas would meet his father, and his dear friend Satish Kaushik in heaven and would sing for them. “Now you will perform for the people in heaven…” (IANS)
