On the work front, Ananya is gearing up for her next big-screen appearance in the romantic entertainer Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, opposite Kartik Aaryan. The film marks their second collaboration after 2019’s Pati Patni Aur Woh.

MUMBAI — Triptii Dimri is all praise for her Dhadak 2 co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi, calling his performance the best of his career so far.

In an exclusive chat with IANS, Triptii said Siddhant’s portrayal of Nilesh left a deep impact on her. “He’s poured his heart and soul into this role,” she shared. “When I first watched the film, I called him immediately and said, ‘This is your best performance yet.’”

The Animal actress also joked, “I’ve been paid to say this—the money comes after August 1st!” before quickly getting serious again about Siddhant’s dedication and emotional depth.

Triptii said she was drawn to Dhadak 2 by the script’s emotional intensity and the complexity of her character, Vedhi. “After my first narration with director Shazia Iqbal, I couldn’t stop thinking about the story. That’s when I knew I had to be a part of it,” she said.
