AIF Boston Gala Co-Chairs Vivek and Pallavi Arora Bring New Generation of AIF Volunteers and Contributors

BOSTON—Vivek Arora, who became a partner at the Boston office of McKinsey & Co. at age 34 and remains one of the firm’s youngest associates, is Co-Chair of the 2024 American India Foundation’s annual Boston gala along with his wife Pallavi Bali Arora.

Pallavi, who also had a long career with McKinsey, recently launched her own venture: SETU Executive Search, whose mission is to seamlessly fill talent gaps by fostering cross-border opportunities for professionals who aspire to be part of the vibrant India growth story, whether in the US looking to engage with Indian companies or contemplating a move back to India.
