MUMBAI– Singer Aditya Narayan, fresh off the success of his romantic track Bana Le Tera, has released a new hauntingly emotional single titled Gehraiyaan, which delves into the deeper, more vulnerable side of love. The song is part of his recently launched album Saansein and is set against the breathtaking backdrop of Sonmarg, Kashmir.
Speaking about the track, Aditya said, “This track is incredibly close to my heart. It captures the vulnerability and depth that love can bring into our lives. The process of creating it—from Manoj’s poignant lyrics to the soundscape Meghdeep built—was a journey in itself. Shooting in Sonmarg only deepened the emotional resonance.”
With Gehraiyaan, Aditya aims to usher listeners into a more introspective and emotionally rich soundscape, continuing the sonic and lyrical narrative he began with Bana Le Tera. The video’s visuals, set against the majestic Kashmiri landscape, serve as a visual reflection of the song’s romantic and contemplative tone.
Gehraiyaan is the second single from Saansein, Aditya’s ambitious music project which launched on June 20. The album will feature a new song every month, with upcoming tracks including Mizaaj, Saansein, Kyun, Tere Bina, and Lillah.
Aditya Narayan, son of legendary playback singer Udit Narayan, began his singing career in 1992 with the Nepalese film Mohini, followed by a playback track in Rangeela alongside Asha Bhosle. He rose to fame as a child singer with hits like “Chhota Baccha Jaan Ke” from Masoom (1996), and later transitioned to acting with films like Pardes and Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai.
As a child artist, he recorded over 100 songs. Now, with Saansein, he aims to redefine his musical identity as an adult performer, blending rich melodies with emotionally resonant themes. (Source: IANS)
