Rhea Chakraborty enjoys crispy dosa during Hyderabad visit

MUMBAI, India — Actress Rhea Chakraborty shared a glimpse of her Hyderabad visit after attending the wedding reception of actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, posting about a South Indian meal she enjoyed in the city.

The actress posted a photo of herself savoring a crispy dosa served with chutney and sambhar, highlighting her appreciation for Hyderabad’s popular local cuisine.

She also shared a picture with the newly married couple and wrote: “Can’t stand in between these two and not feel the love. Congratulations to the most stunning couple.. Uff Love and light.”

Chakraborty began her television career in 2009 with MTV India’s TVS Scooty Teen Diva, where she finished as the first runner-up, and later hosted several MTV shows.

She made her film debut in 2012 with the Telugu movie Tuneega Tuneega and entered Bollywood a year later with Mere Dad Ki Maruti. She later appeared in films including Sonali Cable and the mystery thriller Chehre, directed by Rumi Jaffery.

The actress is set to return to acting after nearly seven years with the Netflix series Family Business, produced by Hansal Mehta. The project also stars Anil Kapoor and Vijay Varma.

Aahana Kumra shares glimpses of art and history during Italy trip

MUMBAI, India — Actress Aahana Kumra shared highlights from her trip to Florence, describing the experience of witnessing the city’s renowned art and history in person as unforgettable.

Posting a series of photos and videos on Instagram, Kumra reflected on visiting some of Italy’s iconic landmarks and artworks during her short stay in the historic city.

“Leaning Tower of Pisa — one of the Seven Wonders of the World — to soaking in the sheer magnificence of Florence. Even though my time in Florence was short, witnessing David in real life was unforgettable,” she wrote.

The actress also described seeing the sculpture Perseus with the Head of Medusa, noting how surreal it felt to encounter a mythological symbol she had long recognized from fashion and popular culture.

“And then seeing Perseus with the Head of Medusa — the very Medusa whose head became the iconic logo of Versace — standing right there in the heart of the city… surreal,” she added.

Kumra also visited the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, where she said seeing the inventor’s ideas and creations firsthand was remarkable.

“Walking through the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, seeing ideas and inventions I’ve only ever read about in books… outstanding is an understatement,” she wrote, adding that the trip also included enjoying local cuisine and Chianti wine.

Kumra began her acting career with the television series Yudh in 2013, starring Amitabh Bachchan, and later appeared in the crime thriller show Agent Raghav – Crime Branch. She made her Hindi film debut with Sona Spa and gained wider recognition for her role in the black comedy Lipstick Under My Burkha.

She was last seen in the 2022 film Salaam Venky, a drama directed by Revathi starring Kajol and Vishal Jethwa. The actress also recently appeared in the reality show Rise and Fall, hosted by Ashneer Grover.

Sonam Kapoor says son Vayu is “obsessed” with sister Rhea Kapoor

MUMBAI, India — Actress Sonam Kapoor shared a heartfelt birthday message for her younger sister Rhea Kapoor, revealing that her son Vayu is “absolutely obsessed” with his aunt.

Sonam posted a video on Instagram featuring pictures and clips of the two sisters and wrote a long note celebrating Rhea’s personality and achievements.

“Happy birthday to my sister, my built-in best friend, and the person who has been rolling her eyes at me since 1987. Rhe, you’ve always been the one with the taste, the instinct and the quiet confidence to do things your own way,” Sonam wrote.

Sonam also spoke about their close bond and the role Rhea plays within the family.

Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan attend Arjun Tendulkar’s wedding celebrations

MUMBAI, India — Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan were seen attending the wedding celebrations of Arjun Tendulkar, son of Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, in Mumbai.

The two actors were spotted in conversation during the ceremony as guests gathered for the festivities. Shah Rukh attended the event with his wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan.

For the occasion, Shah Rukh wore beige traditional attire, while Aamir opted for a red kurta paired with a jacket.

Members of the Bachchan family also made an appearance at the wedding of Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok. Jaya Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were seen together at the ceremony.

Aishwarya wore a silver anarkali featuring intricate embroidery and a floor-length flared design, while Abhishek Bachchan attended in a black sherwani.

The couple’s joint appearance drew attention as rumors about a possible separation between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have circulated online in recent months, largely fueled by speculation over their limited joint appearances at some public events. Akshay Kumar says he spends 120 days a year with family but wants more time

MUMBAI, India — Actor Akshay Kumar said he wishes he could spend more time with his family, sharing that even the 120 days he sets aside each year for them feels insufficient.

Speaking during an upcoming episode of the quiz reality show Wheel of Fortune, which he hosts, Kumar opened up about balancing work and personal life while interacting with contestant Namita.

When asked what he still desires in life, Namita said, “Abhi aisi kaunsi cheezein hain life mein jo aapki khwahish hai?”

Kumar first responded humorously, saying, “Meri khwahish hai ki yeh aakhri question ho,” drawing laughter from the audience.

He then spoke more seriously about family time, adding, “Aur saath mein ek aur khwahish hai, I wish I can spend more time with my family.”

“Waise toh main aapko bata doon, main 120 days nikalta hoon apne parivaar ke liye, 365 din ke andar se, lekin woh bhi kam lagte hain,” he said.

Kumar is currently hosting Wheel of Fortune and is also working on his upcoming film Bhoot Bangla, which also stars Rajpal Yadav and Wamiqa Gabbi.
