CHENNAI– With just days to go before the theatrical release of Kingdom, the much-anticipated action entertainer starring Vijay Deverakonda, the makers on Tuesday dropped the high-octane lyrical video of the track ‘Ragile Ragile’, setting the stage for what promises to be a cinematic adrenaline rush.
Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, Kingdom has already stirred excitement among fans, and the release of ‘Ragile Ragile’ has only intensified the buzz. The track, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, is performed by Siddharth Basrur with fiery lyrics penned by Krishna Kanth.
Sithara Entertainments, one of the film’s producers, shared the lyrical video on X (formerly Twitter), writing:
“The Rage of #Kingdom – #RagileRagile is here to fuel the adrenaline and give you goosebumps all the way through. An @anirudhofficial High.”
The production house also tagged lead contributors and confirmed the film’s release date with the hashtag #KingdomOnJuly31st.
The film, which received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification, has had a rocky journey to release. Initially slated for March 28, the date was shifted multiple times—first to May 30, then to July 4—before being locked in for a July 31 theatrical debut.
Kingdom, previously known by its working title VD12, comes with the tagline “From the shadows of betrayal, shall rise a king.” In the teaser released earlier, Vijay Deverakonda’s character is portrayed as an unstoppable force, radiating intensity and resilience, which only heightened anticipation for the film.
The movie features music by Anirudh Ravichander and editing by Navin Nooli. It is jointly produced by Naga Vamsi S of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune 4 Cinemas, and will be presented by Srikara Studios. Costume designer Neeraja Kona is responsible for the film’s wardrobe, while choreography for the songs is handled by Vijay Binni.
Packed with action, Kingdom boasts fight sequences designed by an impressive trio of stunt coordinators—Yannick Ben, Chethan D’Souza, and Real Satis—promising a visual spectacle for action film enthusiasts.
