LEXINGTON, MA—Dharmesh Gandhi of Lexington, MA, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 20. He was 45 year old. He is survived by his stay-at-home wife Gandhi, and two sons: Swapnil, 11, and Mihir, 8.

Both kids are attending Lexington Public schools.
“What was a happy, smiling, close-knit family, is now broken. Not only did the children suddenly lose their father, and Hema lose her husband and soulmate of 23 plus years, but also the sole bread-winner, as Hema is a stay at home, who chose to devote her time and energy to raising children so that Dharmesh could focus on his career,” said the fundraising post on Go Fund Me. “Their peaceful world, has been turned upside down by the passing of their father.”
Gandhi was a devoted dad, who spent all his free time with his beloved children, performing science experiments, biking, traveling, and chauffering them to and from their various interests and activities, according to the website.
“Please help us, her friends and family, raise money for these beautiful children, so that the financial loss does not compound their emotional loss, while Hema struggles to regain her footing in the world, and the children don’t suffer from lack of funds,” the website said.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 23,at 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Cremation Society of New Hampshire, located at 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. Tel: (603) 622-1800.
