BURLINGTON, MA—20 children from Academy of Creative Arts are ready to perform at INDIA New England News Spring Wedding Expo on Sunday, April 30, at the Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.
As in the past, kids and teens from the Academy of Creative Arts will perform in a dance for the attendees of the expo. The expo, which will be held from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, is free to all attendees.
The children performing this year include Aaria Nagpal, Rhea Yadav, Anya Patel, Akshara Agrawal, Prisha Mathur, Sanya Mathur, Ishaan Busa, Mahi Busa, Aarav Chothe, Anya Shah, Abhir Nallewar, Ananya Arora, Siya Saddi, Reva Saddi, Sheetal Chothe, Swapna Reddy, Pushti Jarecha, Tanya Banerjee and Aishwaria Kailasam.
Weddings in India are a combination of rituals and ceremonies that lasts several days and children play an important role.
“The Academy of Creative Arts children have been a part of the wedding expo every year and they do a great job,” said Upendra Mishra, producer of the Spring Wedding Expo and publisher of INDIA New England News. “We are looking forward to their performance.”
Academy of Creative Arts is an educational institution where different forms of creative and performing arts such as the art of painting; dance forms like Bollywood, kathak, ballroom, and bhangra; music by Shankar Mahadevan academy including hindustani, carnatic, hindi movie songs and a “grow with music” program for kids; photography; henna/mehndi and many more are taught all under one roof in Burlington.
