NASHUA, NH–On Tuesday, June 21, at 7 p.m. at the Nashua Public Library in Nashua, NH, you can join Nurse Practitioner Paula Koppel for “Mindfulness: Simple Steps, No Cushion Required.”
Explore the mind-body connection that fuels stress and simple ways to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life (including some that don’t require sitting on a cushion to meditate). Koppel will also talk about scientific findings on the benefits of mindfulness and its use by schools, businesses, hospitals, and military bases.
