NASHUA, NH–A team from Academy for Science and Design in Nashua, NH, is heading to Destination Imagination Global finals. Two Indian-American kids from New Hampshire are part of the team: Rikhav Shah and Sanjana Kunnikuru.
It is a team of four, which includes two 6th graders, one 7th and one 8th grader in the team. They had to go through the regional and states competitions. Team managers are Kruti Shah and Saurin Shroff.
This team will compete with the best teams from 15 countries and 48 states. They will compete in challenges focused in technology, science, fine arts, improvisation, structure or service entrepreneurship.
Global Finals will be held at the University of Tennessee from May 25-28, 2016. Over 3,000 students from over 200 schools and community groups had teams participated in New Hampshire Destination Imagination this year.
