BOSTON–Suffolk University invites the public to gather in downtown Boston on Thursday to “laugh, breathe, relax and change your life” through a laughter session, titled “Laughter & Happiness Day.”
This fun experience will be led by faculty member Sushil Bhatia, founder of Laughing Clubs of America. He will offer advice, tips, and exercises to follow for living a happier life through the art of laughter. This second annual event is free and open to the public.
Various techniques and activities will be demonstrated to help people find happiness and retain it, promote friendships, relieve stress, improve focus, and much more.
Mr. Bhatia is professor and executive in residence at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and founder of Laughing Clubs of America. In addition, he is an innovator and author of the e-book Laugh, THINK NEUTRAL, & Save Your Life.
