Prince Narula refuses to play lord Shiva on TV show
Actor Prince Narula, who is seen as Lucky in TV show “Badho Bahu”, refused to play lord Shiva for an upcoming scene as he had consumed chicken.
Prince was asked to play lord Shiva for one scene where his wife Badho (Rytasha Rathore) imagines Lucky as lord Shiva.
However, Prince, who follows a diet plan which involves eating a lot of protein and chicken, had already consumed some chicken for breakfast the same day when he was asked to play lord Shiva.
“The screenplay had just come in and I was told about the scene and to play lord Shiva at a very short notice. I can’t play the role of any God the day I have had non-veg,” Prince said in a statement.
“The day I am required to play such a role I will make sure I do not consume non-veg. Well it was my personal call and I am glad that my producer and the channel understood my sentiments and allowed me to skip the same,” he added.
Abhinandan Jindal joins ‘Kasam…’
Actor Abhinandan Jindal has been roped in to play the role of Kunal Vohra in popular TV show “Kasam…Tere Pyaar Ki”.
Kunal will spice up the drama in the show as he will be seen as the illegitimate son of Raj Singh Bedi (Vijay Kashyap) who has come to take revenge from his father.
“Getting a chance to be a part of ‘Kasam…’ which has been receiving accolades for its unique and beautiful love story is quite thrilling,” Abhinandan said in a statement.
“Playing Kunal’s character is going to be exciting as I will be portraying a grey character. Kunal Vohra’s character will bring in a high point in the plot as he has come with the agenda to create havoc in the lives of Bedi family.
“His entry will bring about a lot of hurdles for Rishi (Sharad Malhotra) and Tanuja (Kratika Sengar). Hoping the viewers will enjoy this twist in the tale,” he added.
